How to make Pancakes | Fluffy Pancake Recipe

Learn how to make Pancakes with this quick and easy recipe! The ingredients provided can serve up to 4 people.

1. Prepare the following recipes:

  • 1 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 4 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Milk/Dairy
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • Favorite Toppings

2. Add the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix them.

3. In another smaller mixing bowl, add the remaining ingredients (egg, milk and butter) and mix them well.

4. Combine the two (2) mixtures and mix them thoroughly.

Now, you are ready to cook the mixed ingredients.

5. Pre-heat your cooking pan and put about 1/3 cup of butter. You can now start cooking the pancake once the butter has melted and spread.

6. Add your favorite toppings to the Pancakes.

7. Serve with butter and maple syrup.

this recipe makes the softest fluffiest
pancakes and most if not all the
ingredients you should be able to find
in your kitchen pour yourself a cup of
coffee and what these up for brunch this
weekend.  start by measuring out a cup and a half
of all-purpose flour into a large mixing
bowl this recipe makes enough for three
to four people so if you are cooking for
more just double the recipe you can find
a printable version on my website or
check the information box below for the
measurements in the same Bowl as the
flour measure out four teaspoons of
baking powder form may seem like a lot
but this is the secret to getting the
softest fluffiest pancake is the
pancakes cook the baking powder is going
to react and create an abundance of air
getting that perfect can get dijkstra
lastly to the dry ingredients add a
pinch of salt you can eat sugar here as
well if you would like around a
tablespoon but I prefer to add sweetness
with toppings rather than the actual
pancake use the wooden spoon to mix the
dry ingredients together until they are

ingredients first crack in one large
free-range egg followed by the milk I’m
using dairy but you can substitute with
soy or almond if you would like

make a well in the flour and pour in the

eat your pancakes being quite tough
I’ve keep these pancakes quite plain but
if you do want to add blueberries or
chocolate chips or any other flavorings
now would be a great time
when you’re ready to cook the pancakes
heat a heavy bottomed pan like a
cast-iron over medium-low heat when the
pan is heated add a small amount of
butter to the pan to melt scoop out
about 1/3 of a cup of better importance
of the pan leave the pancake to spread
on its own and cook for a few minutes
you’ll know it’s ready to flip when the
ear bug will start to form on the top if
you’re unsure just use the spatula to
lift the side and check the bottom flip
and cup for a further few minutes on the
opposite side if your pancakes are
browning a little too quickly just
adjust the heat place the cooked pancake
on a plate and repeat with the next
you should get about six or seven
pancakes out of this recipes so continue
until you’re out of better top the
pancakes but maple syrup in any other of
